Mindfulness Card Game
Mindfulness is a very popular psychological
term for meditation and living in the moment techniques. In this deck of cards,
you will find five groups for five different mindfulness techniques-exercises which
are: realizing and being aware, mindful listening, meditation, and practice,
loving yourself and to keep in pocket. The card game gives you the freedom of
making your own navigation accordingly what you currently need in your life.
I designed this card game in a phase where I was overwhelmed by life, and I wanted to improve my life and mind-body potential.
